The control room of the facility houses the monitoring/control and alarm system of the engines and brakes,as well as, of the support and auxiliary machinery.The controls are housed on the operator's console.The arrangement of the room allows the operator full visual contact of the testbed. |

The control room also houses the DAQ (Data Acquisition) system of the facility.The DAQ system allows graphical presentation of real-time measurement data andcan read 160 channels at sampling rates of 1 kHz and up to 10 selectable channels at the higher rate of 50 kHz. |
